SERVPRO of Cienega helped me with an issue at a rental property I own in Simi Valley. My water heater spilled its guts and damaged a closet and the adjacent room. I called SERVPRO of Cienega in the morning and Demil scheduled my service for later that afternoon. We had our water heater spring a leak and soak into the dry wall of the water closet. Bel promptly contacted us for an appointment and we met Demil when he came out to survey the damage. He was very professional and thorough in explaining what he was doing and checking moisture levels. He explained what needed to be done and took the time to answer our questions. He really went above and beyond in finding the best solution that fit our needs and our wallet!!!

Demil set up a heater and fan to dry the walls over a weekend. Bel later followed up with us to check if there was any progress and to see if the heater was working. When Demil came back after a few days the walls were bone dry and everything was back to normal.

The best customer service, personal attention, responsive to any issues, questions, etc. In my case, they dealt with a water leak that ruined the wood floor and some walls. The remediation was quick and professional. They put in a new floor, walls, painted - everything. Excellent job on all of that, too. And timely.
