The majority of the scope of work is materials that have been exposed to water without anyone being able to see it happen. Moisture travels fast in materials and can spread much more from the original affected materials. This homeowner was happy that they gave us a call to do an inspection of the job. We marked out all the affected areas in the studio and submitted the scope out to the insurance company. Once the claim was approved we proceed with successfully drying out most of the walls, removing and replacing the flooring.
