Fire Restoration In Culver City, CA

After a fire started in this unit, the unit was a total loss. We had to remove and dispose of all of the contents in the unit. This allowed us to gain access to perform the demo. Once we gained access, we had to perform a full gut on the unit and remove all of the damaged building materials. Luckily the fire had not damaged the framing and subfloor. Once the walls and flooring were removed, the exposed building materials were wiped off. The last step in our restoration process was to place hydroxyls to help kill the last of the odor in the unit. Once our restoration was completed, the owner used their own contractor to perform the build back.
