The owner of this property had no idea this was what their crawlspace looked like. After the plumber brought some photos to their attention, they gave SERVPRO of Cienega a call and we set up an inspection on the same day. Our crew discovered the framing and subfloor had elevated moisture and mold growth was visibly present. We provided the owner with an estimate for the work and received approvals from the owner. We placed a desiccant onsite for 2 days and dried out the framing and subfloor. After all affected materials reached drying standards, we performed the mold remediation on the entire crawlspace.
