We received a call from the owner of this property asking us to remove their carpet and carpet pad. They wanted to refinish the hardwood flooring before new tenants moving in. We have the team to perform different types of work. As soon as the owner had the unit ready, we removed all of the carpet and carpet pad and had it ready for their contractor to refinish the hardwood. We even sanitized and vacuumed the floor making it ready for the contractor. The owner was very pleased with our team and how was we were able to get the job done.
