Office Water Damage In Huntington Park, CA

After a bathroom pipe burst, this office had water damage across the bottom of the wall and all of the flooring. We performed a pack out first and moved out all of the contents. We moved the contents during the weekend which allowed very little to no business interruptions. Once all of the contents were moved out, we had access to remove all of the affected materials. After all of the wet materials were removed, we dried out the framing and subfloor out. After all the mitigation work was complete, the owner used their own contractor to do the build back.
