Fire Restoration in North Hollywood, CA

We took this commercial building from the post-fire condition into ready for construction in less than 2 weeks. We had the dispose of all of the contents on the property. We removed all of the affected building materials, performed mold remediation, and dried out the affected framing. All of the building's framing was wiped down and almost all of the odor was removed at this point. Once all the demo and mold remediation was completed, we placed deodorization equipment to remove any last odor particles. The owner of this commercial building was very pleased with our work and how we got the job done.
