After a toilet leak, water mitigation, repairs later, this kitchen turned out better than it did before. The entire kitchen was affected and damaged and needed to be demolished. Once we reached the subfloor and framing, we dried out the structure of the home to make sure no mold growth was formed. Once the mitigation was done, we started the repairs. We worked closely with the owner and tenant to have their dream kitchen come to life. We also worked with the insurance company to make sure we advised of the budget that was needed to get the job done. The owner and tenants were beyond happy with the results of their brand new kitchen.
